Personal information and production artwork

Information and purposes

Names, company details, email addresses, delivery details and product specifications supplied with inquiries and orders are used to respond, prepare quotations, produce samples and products, arrange delivery and handle post-delivery communication. Artwork is used to manufacture the products you commission.

Production within our company

Production artwork is stored on encrypted local company computers. Our company software automatically arranges artwork for printing, and production is completed within our company. We do not provide artwork to outside manufacturing contractors or outsource production.

Data after order completion

Production artwork and customer materials needed for manufacturing that are stored on company computers are deleted after all order procedures are complete. Artwork is confirmed again with each new order. For customers placing ongoing orders, confirmed production artwork may be retained to make repeat production preparation easier. Contact us with requests about retention or deletion.

Artwork and unreleased information

Rights to artwork and designs remain with the customer or rights holder. We do not reuse artwork for other products, sell it or publish it as a production example without authorization. Discuss any specific confidentiality requirements before submitting artwork.

Form and email communication

Inquiry details entered in the form are sent through the website server to Zoho Mail. We use Zoho Mail to receive and reply to inquiries. To prevent misuse, we temporarily record identifiers that do not directly identify the source and submission status. The website database does not store inquiry messages or email addresses. Contact us about reviewing, correcting or deleting information contained in email.

Optional analytics (Google Analytics)

With your consent only, we use Google Analytics 4, provided by Google LLC, to improve this website and measure successful inquiries. Before consent, or when analytics is declined, we do not load the Google analytics tag or send analytics data from this website to Google Analytics.

After consent, Google receives cookie or similar identifiers, pages viewed, referring sources, visit times, browser and device information, approximate country or region, and an event when our server confirms acceptance of an inquiry. Google also receives your IP address as part of the connection, including to derive approximate location. Data may be processed on Google servers outside your country.

Our analytics events do not include your name, email address, phone number, inquiry text, artwork, production files or order documents. They also exclude URL query strings and fragments, and detailed paths from external referrers. We do not use analytics for advertising personalization or remarketing. Analytics is separate from inquiry handling through Zoho Mail and from the management of production artwork.

You can allow or decline analytics. Declining does not affect browsing or contacting us. Use “Analytics settings” in the footer to change your choice at any time. Withdrawing consent stops subsequent analytics collection and removes analytics cookies that this website can delete; it does not itself delete data already sent. Your choice is stored in this browser for up to 180 days. Clearing browser storage may require you to choose again.
