02 / SAMPLE SEWING
Make the sewn sample
Cut and sew the sample using the agreed fabric and specifications. The finished sample lets you review seams, dimensions and any fittings in the actual product form.
03 / SAMPLE APPROVAL
Review your sample on arrival
Unpack the delivered sample and review its color, fabric feel, sewing and size. Discuss any adjustments with us and confirm the specifications before production.

Order confirmation & bulk production
Confirm specifications, quantity, pricing, timing and delivery conditions before placing the formal order. Production then follows the approved sample, with printing, cutting, sewing and other operations as required by the product.

Packing & dispatch
Review the products and pack them according to the agreed requirements. Confirm the delivery method for the destination and required timing, then dispatch the order.
Delivery options for Japan: method, charges and transit time are confirmed individually according to quantity, parcel dimensions and destination.

Before starting your project
Is there a minimum order quantity?
There is no minimum order quantity. Let us know your preferred quantity and number of designs. Body pillow inserts are available from stock.
How long do samples and bulk production take?
Sample production takes 1–3 business days for custom-made products after artwork and specifications are confirmed. Shipping time is additional. Bulk timing depends on quantity and specifications; rush requests can be discussed.
What artwork files are required?
We accept PSD, PNG, TIFF, AI and PDF files in either RGB or CMYK.
For image files, we recommend 300 dpi at the final print size. Contact us before submission for large-format designs or source files with lower resolution.
Extend backgrounds and artwork beyond the cut line. Keep important text, logos and faces inside the safe area, away from cutting and sewing positions. Bleed and safe-area dimensions are confirmed before submission for the product, finished dimensions and sewing specifications.
For products with front and back artwork, name files so the design and side are clear. For AI and PDF files, check that text is outlined or fonts are embedded and that no placed images are missing.
How are delivery and quotation terms arranged?
Product costs, shipping charges and customs duties or other taxes are shown separately in the quotation, with responsibility for each stated clearly. The quotation currency is agreed with you. Delivery methods and transit times are confirmed before production according to quantity, parcel dimensions and destination.
How are sample production fees calculated?
Sample production fees are quoted individually according to the product and specifications. Sample production fees are waived for customers with an established long-term business relationship. The applicable terms are confirmed with your quotation.
What payment methods are available?
Large orders are paid by bank transfer. PayPal is also available for smaller orders. The payment arrangements are confirmed with your quotation.
What if there is a problem after delivery?
If you find a problem after delivery, contact us with your order details and photos showing the issue. If our review confirms that the problem is our responsibility, we will remake or send replacement products at no charge and cover the related shipping costs.
Can I cancel an order?
Contact us as soon as possible if you wish to cancel. Before bulk production starts, we review progress and discuss how to proceed. After production has started, the cancellation settlement is based on costs already incurred.
